The hotel is located in a corner of the complex, which is fantastic, offering spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. However, it could use an upgrade for sound system and DJ music. The price, relative to others, is on the higher side.
The hotel rooms were clean and good for everything you need but had limited plug sockets, which made charging devices a bit difficult. The service was friendly and helpful, but extensions were not provided promptly. The location was nice, especially for families, but felt overcrowded at times. The dining experience offered a great variety of options, but some meals were repetitive.

The dining experience offered a variety for all tastes, but got a bit repetitive. The location was amazing for both kids and adults, with upgrades needed in sound system and DJ music. The facilities were well-manned and safe for little ones.
The hotel was a delightful stay in the jungle, with delicious and varied room options. It was our third time here, and definitely not the last, God willing. The rooms were well-kept and clean by our lovely lifeguard Abdul. However, there were issues with the shower not working, the door not closing properly, subpar service, very poor food quality, and unprofessional reception staff. On the bright side, the rooms were quite spacious, featuring a partition for parents and kids, which was a great feature for allowing kids to sleep earlier.
The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle, making it ideal for a quiet stay. However, the distance from attractions might not be convenient, especially for families with small children. The rooms were comfortable, but there was an issue with one of them.
The hotel rooms were lovely overall, conveniently located near the main pool and restaurants; however, they lacked cold air which was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the check-in process was delayed by over an hour, causing inconvenience especially with children in tow. On the bright side, the service was excellent with special thanks to Mr Ahmad Tohamy for his exceptional assistance, along with the attentive lifeguards and the hardworking animation team. The location, though needing an upgrade in sound systems and DJ music, offered ample entertainment for kids and easy access to the water park. The dining experience varied in quality across restaurants, but the fresh and seasonal products were a highlight. The facilities were kept clean around the clock, but the bustling and crowded atmosphere created a slightly uneasy feeling at times.
